Ray Henning is part owner of Dynamic Strategies. As a former Vice President of OSI Collection Services and Southwest Credit Services he brings over 30 years of experience in the debt recovery industry. During this time, Ray has managed collection teams of over 100 full time employees and has facilitated mergers of collection offices.
Ray has actively served on collection association boards and is a past president of the Washington Collectors Association.
Pete Rosvall has extensive experience in the collections industry. As owner and CEO of Continental Credit Services, he built and expanded his business into a multi-state collection agency with 11 offices. Continental Credit Services was the first collection agency to win a contract with the IRS! Pete worked as the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of OSI Collection Services facilitating the merger of Continental Credit Services with several other agencies.
Pete is past President of the Western Collectors Association as well as the Washington Collectors Association. Pete has served on a number of boards including the ACA International and ACA Enterprises.
As part owner, Lori oversees accounting, client services and administrative work in both the legal and collection departments. Lori has over 35 years of experience involving multiple facets of the collection industry. She has worked directly with national clients including many municipal courts and the IRS. Previous experience includes Continental Credit Services, OSI Collection Services. Lori recently served the Washington Collector's Association as PAC chair for three years.
Bob has twenty plus years of sales and sales management experience in the financial B2B space originating his career on the east coast. From early Bankcard sales with First Data Corp and then using those skills for recruiting and training at Advanceme, one of the first merchant cash advance providers. Bob then moved on to a traditional factoring company providing working capital in a variety of ways to meet his client’s needs Many years of financing accounts receivable has prepared him for a career in the A/R cash management area and Bob services many industry sectors for Dynamic Strategies, Inc. In his spare time, he enjoys working out and doing yard work and spending time with his two children, Allee and Jackson.
Amanda’s role as client account manager at Dynamic Strategies involves close communication with our clients. Amanda enjoys working with each client to tailor a program specific to their needs. She began her career at Dynamic Strategies in 2013 as a collector gaining a wealth of knowledge about the collections process. Throughout her time with the company she has developed experience and expertise to provides clients with best in class service.
